Brandy is honored to bring her counseling background to Rmada United. Brandy believes that psychological principles allow transformations of thoughts and patterns of working to create desired changes in the leadership and executive world. She is looking forward to working with organization leaders as they strive to enhance their performance in their leadership roles.

Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and master’s degree in clinical mental health and counseling. She interns at Sequoia Counseling Center in Cypress and Morgan’s Helping Hands in Houston and works with various people of all ages.

Brandy has run 2 successful businesses prior to working at Rmada and counseling. She was co-owner of an online boutique for 5 years and created a custom cookie business through self-teaching. She closed The Cookie Nest in 2023 when she started working at Rmada. She lives in Cypress with her husband Robert of 18 years and their 3 children, Brenna, Kendall, and Jameson. She loves spending her weekends at the softball, baseball, and football fields cheering on her kids during their activities.
