These experiences gave him an insight into the different training and learning methodologies applied by individuals working towards attaining their goals. Clark discovered that there were distinct and identifiable differences between those who succeeded and those who did not in this demanding arena. Some individuals applied specific principles that made them more successful than others.  These principles could be learned and applied by anyone who desires to excel. These insights enabled him to identify and develop a five-step program that made the difference between success and failure in any skill that SEALs were tasked to perform. Those individuals who pursued their goals by employing this process with near fanatical fervor were consistently recognized as the best in their fields.

A man in a grey suit, lavender shirt, and blue-patterned tie stands in front of a blurred indoor background. He is smiling and has short, dark hair. The setting appears professional, with natural light coming through large windows, suggesting a venue for executive training.

The 100

An absolute truth, sometimes called universal, is an unalterable and permanent fact. It means that something is true no matter where you are and who says it, i.e., 2 +2 = 4; you get the same answer no matter where you go.

A universal truth is something anyone can benefit from. They are simple lessons containing wisdom that often go unnoticed or get lost in our over-stimulated lives. This book is a testament to the struggles we all face every day in our lives. We must rise up to and overcome to be our best and achieve the miracle we want to see in ourselves.

These principles are used as a part of Clark’s Executive Presentations Skills Training Course. Each has its own significance, and each is able to stand alone. Although numbered for reference purposes, they are not presented in any particular order of importance. There are far more than 100 communication principles, but these are the most referenced during training. Like all great truths, they have a timeless quality, making them just as meaningful today as they were at the beginning of time and ensuring that they will maintain their significance far into the future.

A black book cover with the title "The 100" written in large gold letters in the center. Above the title, in smaller gold text, is the word "THE." At the bottom, the author's name, "CLARK D STUART," is written in gold capital letters. The cover has a minimalist design reminiscent of executive training manuals.
