Patrick Strawbridge

Pat, a Houston native, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1988. He served through all enlisted ranks, deploying from Desert Storm to Enduring Freedom. He served as an avionics technician, production supervisor and controller, maintenance controller, training instructor, Leading Chief Petty Officer and Command Master Chief. He has had the privilege of leading and managing; global logistics, large-facility production management, an A.C.E. accredited learning institute, and serving multiple tours in command leadership.
Post-military, Pat pursued an MBA at Texas A&M University, contributing to leadership programs for the Harris Health System. In the energy sector, he served as the Director of Leadership Development for Nine Energy Service, achieving operational savings and reducing turnover. In 2020, facing challenges from the pandemic and falling oil prices, JasonHitchcock and Pat founded Rmada United, building an organization that builds better leaders and supports worthy non-profit organizations with their time, gifts, and talents. He’s led operational elements of private human space flight to the ISS, prop-tech teams, and new growing business that uplifts organizations and leaders through thoughtful and life-changing development engagements. His extensive career has made Pat a seasoned leader, innovator, problem-solver, and an invaluable asset to Rmada United.
