Jason is a seasoned professional with 27 years of military experience as a Navy SEAL, coupled with a distinguished corporate leadership background. His roles as a SEAL operator, instructor, and Command Leadership Team member have equipped him with a unique skill set that seamlessly integrates military expertise with over 10 years of executive corporate knowledge.

In his executive role at Nine Energy, Jason successfully builds reliable teams, streamlines support operations, and fosters effective collaboration among individuals and groups. As a Founding Partner at Rmada United, LLC, Jason leverages his leadership expertise to develop leaders and enhance organizational capabilities and alignment.

Driven by a belief in thriving amidst challenges, Jason excels in quickly understanding complexities and steering teams toward resilient solutions. He applies his cutting-edge skills honed in the military to empower corporate leaders in navigating uncertainties.

Residing in the Houston area with his wife Karen of 26 years, Jason is a proud parent to two adult children, Elaina and Jackson, and shares his home with their boxer Gracie and French Bulldog Rambo “Bo” Jangles. Guided by the wisdom of Gen. George Patton, Jason embodies the philosophy: “Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do, and they will surprise you with their ingenuity.
