A Leader Who Has Been There
Pat’s 30-year Navy career is the foundation of his leadership philosophy. Enlisting in 1988, he advanced through every enlisted rank, serving in roles such as avionics technician, production supervisor, training instructor, Leading Chief Petty Officer, and Command Master Chief. He led global logistics, managed large-scale production operations, and directed an A.C.E.-accredited learning institute, all while deploying from Desert Storm to Enduring Freedom.
Those experiences taught Pat the importance of self-awareness, accountability, and adaptability values that remain central to every leadership development program he leads today.
From Military Service to Civilian Leadership
After transitioning from military service, Pat earned his MBA from Texas A&M University. He brought his leadership expertise to the Harris Health System, contributing to programs that improved performance and team cohesion. In the energy sector, he served as Director of Leadership Development for Nine Energy Service, achieving operational savings and reducing turnover through targeted leadership initiatives.
Pat’s work has also extended to industries as diverse as prop-tech, private human space flight operations to the International Space Station, and emerging growth companies. Across every setting, he has proven that strong leadership is the most reliable driver of operational excellence.
